Goonhilly

As a child and with my family we went often on holidays to theLizard Peninsula, driving past the GoonHilly Downs Earth Station. In the1960's it communicated with Telstar and was for me the epitome of hi-tech-sci-fi. Another world. A world I wanted to explore. Tomorrow's World. I knew it was important.

This piece is generated with
Make Noise Maths and includes field recordings of Cadgwith stream and seagulls in Coverack as well as the sound of train wheels on the Paddington-Penzance Express.
